This was the first time through the house purchasing process for me and Nick was extremely helpful thoughout. All though stressful to buy a new a house he deffinatly seemed to have my best interest in mind. Has great knowledge of house designs and materials so he saw things that needed to be fixed or updated that I would have deffinatly missed. Was also willing to meet at almost anytime and pretty much in any location where I found a house to look at. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Port Orchard, WA.Summary:
This was our first experience purchasing a home using a realtor. Nick Setting worked very hard to help us find a home that would accomadate our unique requirements which included convenient parking for a 29' travel trailer, a semi-rural location, a garage workshop and space for a dedicated sewing room plus plenty of storage. He diligently searched listings and showed us properties from Port Ludlow to the Key Peninsula. We ended up with a 15 year old custom built home that has everything we wanted and more. He quickly took care of any problems with the inspection, title, closing, etc. and we were moved in within a month of our offer. Due to his encouraging us to pre-qualify for a loan, we closed with an interest rate of 4.25%. I would (and have) recommended him as a knowledgable agent who works for his client! Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
EXCELLENT would recommend to ANYONE. He helped us work with a bank of our choice (we now would have gone with a different bank) but even though the bank was being difficult Nick easily help us and the bank with our purchase. He explains everything fully and simply enough for those of us not so knowledgeable of real-estate lingo and procedure could understand what was going on. He always kept in touch and was always updating us on the status of things. As we have been through several home purchasing experiences Nick has been by far the best Realtor we have had the pleasure of working with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.…More Less
