Mike, you were NOT a renter, on a lease, or on a security deposit for a property which I manage. I represent landlords and tenants and have no reason to not be fair with a tenant’s deposit. Receipts for any repairs on properties are available and are sent to tenants within 21 days of the end of their tenancy. If you are posting for a tenant, please have them contact me. I will be happy to send them receipts and photos again if they need them.
