Paul helped us sell our home of 45 years and buy a townhome. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Paul patiently taught us what to look for and how to view the market. He’s a very patient man, not pushy at all and very respectful of his customers wants and needs. Paul was very flexible and easy to work with, and extremely responsive. He went above and beyond the normal expectations one could have for a realtor. Paul even helped us find contractors for things we needed done in our new house. We felt like we were his only client. I couldn’t imagine a better realtor to work with than Paul. Oh, and he was a lot of fun to work with as well!

Paul Harstad was a very valuable asset in the sale of my parents' townhouse. He was professional, wise and very timely. I had numerous questions that he answered clearly and always responded to emails and text in an hour if not in a few minutes! He helped us price the house fairly and it sold in a very reasonable time period. I will use him again when the need arises,

Paul is friendly, readily accessible and a hard working agent. He helped us navigate the sale of our town home. He answered all of our questions promptly and if he didn't know the answer he would research it and let us know. Paul worked hard to ensure our property was well advertised and utilized software to demonstrate the online traffic highlighting how many people checked out our home on the various online listing sites. He also organized several open houses, including one for other realtors to become familiar with our property. We were overall very pleased working with Paul.

Paul was awesome! He helped us purchase our dream home for way under what we were expecting! He was so knowledgeable about the market and neighborhood that he encouraged us to be way more confident during our negotiation process. We originally were willing to bid over the asking price (this was during the winter), but he told us that based on the available data we should bid under. When the sellers counteroffered we were again ready to just accept it, but he encouraged us to submit another counteroffer. So in sum, Paul allowed us to buy our dream home for literally $7,000 less than we were initially expecting to pay for the specific property! Plus he was super patient throughout the entire process. We were first time homebuyers and new to Minnesota so we were super erratic. First we wanted a condo in Minneapolis, then we were looking at townhomes in the suburbs, then we got frustrated and just took a break for awhile, and then we suddenly decided to restart our search for a particular single family home in Saint Paul. Even though Paul was leaving on vacation in just a few days (a vacation he told us about literally 7 months before it happened) he made sure we did the showing, finalized the negotiations, and had a purchase agreement signed before he left. We agreed to a closing date two months out, but Paul still kept checking in during his vacation to make sure everything was going smoothly! My mother-in-law was purchasing a home during this same time and had a way different experience. Her realtor was rude and took forever to respond to her calls. One time he told her he would call back tomorrow because he was busy bowling, and then he effectively disappeared after they had the purchase agreement signed. In contrast, Paul would always promptly return our calls and he did not even push a title company on us like many agents do. I will definitely choose Paul if we are ever looking to buy again!
