Hi Cathe, I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and wish very much we could have discussed your concerns when this transaction occurred more than 7 years ago. Providing top-level customer service has always been the highest priority for me (this is actually the very first negative review I've ever received in more than 10 years as a Realtor). I’m sad to hear you did not have a good experience. As you can see from the sales map on my Zillow profile page, I do indeed serve customers well outside Katy and across the Houston area.
