Dylan was amazing, every step of the way. I would strongly recommend him to anyone considering buying (or selling) a home. We were first time home buyers, and understood practically nothing about the process, and Dylan educated us and guided us each step of the way, helping us to make decisions without pushing his own opinion on us. He is a lifelong resident of the area, so his knowledge is first-rate. Dylan is direct, reliable, patient, knowledgable, and extremely responsive to his client's needs. He listened carefully to what we were looking for in our home, and did not waste time showing us homes that were not suitable to our needs. Dylan was also first-rate in helping us through the negotiation process, dealing with the sometimes-difficult sellers, and their agent. We love our home! If we ever need to sell, for whatever reason, Dylan would most definitely be our realtor!
