I am sorry that Ms Byrd's experience did not meet her expectations. I have attempted to contact her off-line to address her concerns. Real estate transactions are complex, and all transactions present issues to address - particularly when the transaction involves a 138yr old home with a long list of necessary old home fixes. It's always difficult for a first time buyer to encounter a significant home repair after closing, and I'm sorry this happened to Ms Byrd. I enjoyed helping her find her 1st home, and I work hard to ensure every client is treated to world-class customer service. While we see what happened here differently, I appreciate the feedback and plan to incorporate some of the things I learned in this transaction to improve the experience for all my clients.
