From negotiating the sale, the area and how to get the right appraisals, the end to end process and all of the requirements to make the sale successful. Arthur was at my house almost every day as we went through the process providing guidance, requirements and just holding our hand as needed to get through the challenges of selling a house and dealing with difficult buyers.
