Greg has personally performed over 13,000 inspections, and is both code certified and a member of ASHI (The American Society of Home Inspectors). For most of Greg's career, he managed a 25 employee firm founded in the 1980s (Building Systems Analysis, Inc.). In 2002, the firm was sold to the publicly traded Land America. In the early 1990s, Greg Spencer served on the ASHI National Board of Directors as President of the Southeast Chapter.
