This is a challenge and it also illustrates the challenges I face as a professional each day. I can provide my clients all of the information they need to make an informed decision, but it is the clients' right to make the decisions however they see fit. It is just a lie that I only showed the house to one group, that is ludicrous. I had an open house there every week for the first couple months and texted the seller while each group came through with their feedback. The house was on the market in the Winter, a typically slow time. I don't think I was ever argumentative with these clients. How much did it sell for, Jason? I'd like to know, because it was likely not what it was on the market for. These contracts are written for success, but some people just let them expire to avoid paying the agent that has worked so hard for them. If you don't want the help of a professional, I suggest you don't hire one. All of the advice I provided this seller was timely and professional.
