We had spoken to another Realtor prior to signing with Patrick. The other Realtor basically thought we should list or house for well below market value due to the economy. Once we spoke to Patrick we realized that as long as the house was priced right, it would sell. Patrick saw the same value in our home as we did. He is confident and easy to work with. I always thought it didn't matter who you listed your house with, I now know it does matter!! 35 days later, we had a signed contract! We look forward to our search with Patrick for our new home!
