Haley Swats

Haley was the best realitor I've ever dealt with. She always did what she said she would. Answered (or got answers) for all my questions and concerns. Listened to what I was looking for and showed me homes/acreages that were to my liking. I never felt pressured at any time to make decisions. Haley pays attention to details. She's courteous, always pleasant, and punctual. Haley is a top notch realitor. I will recommend Haley to all my friends.

In a word- FABULOUS! First of all I want to point out that at the time we were "only" renting. We needed to find a rental for one year before we bought next year Due to ignorant lending guidelines for self emoloyed. With that said, I emailed Haley along with MANY others through Zillow explaining to her our dilemma in that most realtors hold rentals for "their clients" and don't care to help us because we weren't "buyers right now". If we heard from a realtor at all through zillow it was three days late and the houses we wanted to see were always "pending". We explained the time crunch we were under and how we didn't understand that no one could see we would be buyers in a year and thus their client. So...Haley not only answered right away, but she was willing to go beyond what ANYONE else would do for us. She was fantastic and didn't care that we weren't buyers right now. She understood the best business philosophy there is "a slow dime versus a quick nickel"! SHE TOOK CARE IF US. In the process she gained our trust an loyalty that when we do buy a house there is no question who our realtor will be...HALEY SWAT"! For those reading this we in no way shape or form knew Haley before this email was sent requesting her help. One last point, we have always owned our home for 16 years before moving here so this was a frustrating process that she alone helped us with and we feel better knowing she will find us a house or builder when the time comes.
