Phil is a very honorable and respectful realtor. He has gone way above and beyond the call of duty for me not only once, but twice. He helped sell my home in 2008, when I practically lost all hope, and helped me purchase a new one earlier this year. He knew exactly what to look for when I told him my expectations and brought it to the table. He listens intently and delivers. I received superior service on both occasions and I highly recommend Phil to everyone out there. When you seriously want to buy and/or sell, Phil gets the job done.
