After reading this comment, I feel it is important for me to respond and set the facts straight. I reviewed my email exchanges, here is the timeline of our conversation: The gentleman reached out to me through Zillow in October 2014 and I immediately responded to his email with the information he requested. He thanked me for my quick response. I followed up with a phone call in October during which he advised me that he would not be coming to Cape Cod until January. I reached out again to him in December in advance of his upcoming visit and he said he would check his calendar and get back to me. That was the last I heard from him. It is a misrepresentation to say that I discouraged him in any way.
