Interesting story, you have there. I completely get your frustration, trying to rent a home while living of town. . I spoke to your BF Brian, he wanted to start the application process, I told him I wouldn't rent a home site unseen. I asked if he had anyone in the area that could view. He said yes, I said I wouldn't show it to anyone else that day. Friday 6.23.17 Your friend called me, I called her back at 3 She said she couldn't see it until Monday. I said I couldn't hold it until Monday. I would have been happy to show her yesterday/Monday. As far as having the listing since May, again you're absolutely right. I could have had it rented multiple times, however I need a qualified renter. . Question Why didn't you contact me when you were on your way to town, like you said you would when we spoke? And when you drove by why didn't you call me??? So in closing, I wasn't unreliable, I just wasn't available the precise time your friend called me!
