Pathofabundance, Kelly Maida, rented a home from Choice Jacksonville Realty. I am the Broker in Charge of the Property Management Department. At the end of Kelly's 1 year lease, we gave her a 30 day notice to vacate due to the fact that she was late paying rent on several occasions and she had 2 unauthorized pets (2 cats). When Kelly moved out, she owed rent, late fees, unauthorized pet fees and she left the home very dirty (cat hair, cat litter, extremely dirty appliances, etc). Choice Jacksonville Realty does manage over 900 rental properties in Onslow County, NC and we are fair and equitable to our customers and our clients. Additionally, we are required to hold our tenants accountable to the terms of their lease agreement which is what we did with Kelly Maida.
