    We are truly concerned that Brian was not satisfied with our service. Our goal is to provide raving fan service to our clients. We helped Brian prepare his home for the market, scheduled repairs, soft staged the house free, moved papers and debris out of sight, met gas company & other utility services. We know Brian's community and sold the house quickly, at one of the highest prices. We provided market statistics to help him make an informed decision on price. What I told Brian is that he would choose the starting price, but in reality it is the market that eventually determines the price. Due to Brian's occupation, we tried to work at his convenience, which usually was late night & weekends. We helped Brian by phone to answer his questions on the closing papers. I did call Brian, leaving a message that his closing documents did return & the property was recorded. The title company also called. This is our first bad review on Zillow, which we will take as a learning experience.

    Mark provided a complete market analysis, which proved far more accurate than other realtors we had spoken to. He staged our home, which was empty at the time of listing, and helped make the whole experience as stress-free and pleasant as possible.
