We believe the recent review in question contains false and potentially malicious information. After reviewing our records, we have no record of this individual as a tenant at our property. This appears to be Mr. Jon Jones again ~ who continues to harass me and my family. All units at Tressler Villas are newly renovated, and we take pride in providing quality living spaces. I am highly responsive to tenant concerns—any current or past resident knows they can reach me directly, often with immediate response. As for the air conditioning issue mentioned, all of our units are equipped with brand-new HVAC systems. To date, we've received only one complaint regarding cooling performance, which came during a severe heat wave with temperatures exceeding 100°F. In that instance, the resident (Mr. Jones) insisted on keeping their thermostat at 65°F, and I attempted to explain the limitations of any standard system under such extreme conditions made that impossible. Nice try Jonny We are committed to transparency and the comfort and safety of all our tenants. If there are any specific concerns or questions regarding the property, I would be happy to address them directly. Sincerely

see case #49D21-2401-F5-000064 and 29D07-2401-F6-000462 tenant, Jonathan Jones. His ongoing criminal activity, or should I say his criminal enterprise he had going on for a little while at our complex. Felonies committed while living at Tressler Villas included—Corrupt Business Influence, Fraud-Same as 8153, but victim is a financial institution, F6: Forgery: Def-w/intent to defraud-makes/utters written inst. purportedly by other,F6: Forgery-Def, w/intent to defraud, makes/utters written instrument purportedly ma, F6: Identity Deception, Theft, F6: Theft where value of property is between $750 & $50k., 35-43-5-2(a)(1)(A)/F6: Counterfeiting and more —all created a hostile and unsafe environment for residents. Law enforcement, including the FBI, sheriff’s department, and local police, visited the complex multiple times regarding his actions. Eventually, the police were given their own key to his unit due to the repeated incidents. TRUE STORY! That or they were going to bust it down each time they came to raid him! Several residents, including a single mother with a child, were forced to move out because they no longer felt safe. I personally witnessed some of the activity and can confirm the emotional toll it took on the community. After Mr. Jones and his girlfriend moved out, they deliberately damaged and destroyed many different things in our unit. He managed to put a hole into the bathroom floor! Ruined the HVAC system, left trash and filth and mess everywhere, including the refrigerator. He violated the lease dozens of times by installing numerous cameras all over the apartment complex so he could spy on all the other Tennant ‘s mailboxes so he could intercept the mail to further his criminal Enterprises.
