Yes that is correct - I represent the landlord on this rental. I don't represent you - and I'm sorry - I would never represent you. In the short time I have known you - you have been rude, obnoxious, a bully and very unreasonable. As a tenant renting a property you are to return the home in the same condition you rented it - you did not. You were advised the home was a non-smoking home - you smoked in the garage. Isn't the garage part of the home? As I advised you when we met at the property - I was only there to document the condition of the property for a NEW tenant and that I was not a party to your rental agreement with the landlord and was not getting involved in that transaction. I asked you to sign the move out form - you did not sign it. Again - I do NOT represent you and was only there to inventory the home for a new tenant. Any documentation you need - you can contact the landlord. Good luck to you.
