Fran Niermann-Davis has been in real estate since 1977, specializing in luxury homes, waterfront properties and condominiums. Prior to her nearly three-decade career in real estate, Fran was a banking executive with a prominent Palm Beach bank.

Born and raised in Scranton, Pa., Fran earned a degree in business and marketing from Marywood College in Pennsylvania. She moved to the Palm Beaches in 1959 – nearly a Florida native!
