I am dismayed that the owner feels she had a negative experience with the listing/sale. The issue from my point of view was that it was initially marketed with a very difficult tenant in the property. Once the tenant left, there were multiple showings and multiple offers, all lower than asking and none negotiated to a meeting of the minds. I had requested a reduction in price and that was not done.Then when the property was withdrawn from Weichert and listed with another company it was listed at the price that I suggested and that is when it sold. I understand that some sellers feel that is a reflection of the realtor and that is not a fair assessment. All the facts have to be considered, including the time of year, condition, location, and sellers motivation. I am sorry that you were not happy with my services but my record speaks for itself.
