Following up on this rental home showing review. This showing was scheduled for an occupied rental home, which is why the appointment was scheduled in advance for timing purposes and coordination with the tenants. I was not late and had arrived 25 minutes early to the noon appointment time and was awaiting parked in the guest parking across from the townhome. By the time I had recognized you being dropped off 7 minutes after 12pm I had made it to the door just as the tenants had opened the door to provide access. Respectfully, I shouldn't be held responsible for the state of the interior of the home, nor should any adult paying for a rental be told how to decorate or take care of their personal items within the home they are renting and allowing access for viewing. The tenants that pay rent for this townhome do not wear shoes inside and did not want guests visiting to wear shoes inside either. Booties were available, but there was agreement to go shoes off. I'm sorry your 25 minutes and drive was a waste, but equally I had driven 7 hours to show this townhome to your family with a similar outcome.
