This is a first floor 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The living room, dining room, and kitchen is an open concept. Both bedrooms have large closets. The bathroom has a tub shower combination in it. Outside the back door there is a patio area for this apartment We base our rent on a 12 month lease. If you plan to rent for shorter than 12 months there will be an additional 20% added onto the monthly rent. Pet deposit is $500 with an additional $25 added onto the monthly rent.
