500 W 2nd #1 is a main floor two bedroom apartment. The living room, dinning room, and kitchen is a large open area. The kitchen is large enough for a kitchen table. This space has lots of large windows which makes for nice natural light. Both bedrooms have good amount of closet space. The bigger of the two bedrooms has two closets. The bathroom is long and narrow with a tub shower combination. The apartment has a large back yard. The building has a really cute porch. We pay water, sewer, garbage, heat and electricity. Tenant pays for internet through Midco. Pet deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
