Hilltop Manor Apts are located in a good central location in Mitchell. They are in an area with minimal traffic, while being close to many businesses in town. The apartment hall doors are controlled access, with coin operated washer and dryer. In the apartment there is an open kitchen, living room, dinning area. Bathroom with tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms are good sizes with large closets! You pay electric (average about $80-90) We do allow pets with a $500 pet deposit, and $25 pet rent per animal. No smoking in the property of any kind. We base our rent amounts on a 12-month lease. If you desire to rent for shorter than 12 months, it will be an additional 20% added onto the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view. 4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online. 9. HAPPY MOVING
