Our community is operated under the LIHTC Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. The program is designed to assist with the housing needs of moderate-income households. The Cove requires that all applicants meet qualifying criteria established by the government and the standards of the managing agent. Applicants with Section 8 vouchers are encouraged to apply. Both minimum AND maximum income limits apply. Income and rent limits are published annually by HUD.
Our beautiful NEW community features spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments with large closets, ceiling fans in all living areas, full size appliances including washer/dryer and additional pantry space. All apartments have either a patio or balcony. Our location is convenient to I-17, the 101 and Piestewa Freeway. The Cove's ideal location is close to shopping, restaurants, outdoor recreation and all the best things Phoenix has to offer!
Our community features a beautiful playground, plenty of parking, an outdoor climbing/fitness area, lovely gym and a business center. We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance, and our leasing office is open and ready to assist you in making The Cove your new home!
Water, sewer, trash are included in the rental amount. Residents are responsible for their own electric account and the units are all electric.
