The bedroom has a private patio and gets great natural light; there is enough room for a bed and a dresser comfortably. I can furnish it or leave it empty whatever works. All utilities and parking included in the rent amt: Uncovered parking, Wifi, Trash, Recycling, Water, and Electricity The townhome itself is shree stories and is well-maintained, in a quiet building. You'd be sharing the kitchen, living area, and laundry with me - the owner. I'm a working professional in my 40s, pretty low-key. I'm home most evenings. The Biltmore Lane Community features 28 units, plenty of guest parking, pool, hot tub, and bbq area. Move in Fees: First month + $1,200 deposit due upfront at signing; so $2,400 out of pocket on day one Rent is due: on the 1st of each month Late fees: $75 on the 5th, another $25 on the 10th Deposit back within 14 days of move-out, with written itemization of any deductions I'd love a long term roommate, 12 months preferred.
