Tastefully decorated and fully equipped for short-term or long-term stays, this home features a king-size bed in the master with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a full-size washer and dryer. Pool/spa heat is available for $25 per day, and off-street parking is available for 2-3 vehicles. The Peaceful Puffin is located in the West King district, full of history and charm. Popular local spots such as Buena Onda, the Cheese Wheel, and Bog Brewery are just around the corner. Adventure to Downtown St. Augustine, only a short 3-5 minute drive or quick bike ride from the home, or catch some Florida sunshine on the white sandy beaches at Vilano Beach, just a 10-minute drive from the home. St. Augustine is the nation's most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between, there is something for everyone and all just minutes from the home. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
