The spacious floor plan offers one large bedroom and two living rooms separated by double doors. One of the "living rooms" can easily be used for an office, a second bedroom, or other uses. This home is well maintained. We recently painted the entire interior and recently made many updates, including new central HVAC, new blinds, upgraded plumbing, and other improvements.
