The bedroom features a memory foam queen-sized bed, sheet sets, a large closet for storage, and en suite bathroom with a full-sized tub/shower, sink and washer/dryer space. This in-law suite has two private entrance(s) with security gates (front and back) plus camera monitoring via Ring. The backyard is a shared space with a grill and fire-pit area and outdoor furniture. The apartment is walking distance (super close) to the Petworth Green line Metro and local hospitals, several grocery stores, not to mention terrific restaurants/bars. We used to rent this unit on AirBnB and have 5 star reviews/excellent recommendations. My wife and I renovated the unit and it has everything you need in terms of furnishings and appliances to relax and recharge: High-speed internet/DirectTV, air conditioning/heat, plus all utilities + monthly cleaning service included. Washer/dryer in the unit and the whole house water supply is filtered. Street parking. We've lived in our neighborhood since 2003 and we are more than happy to help you get oriented and tell you about all the food/bar/shopping spots nearby. No smoking, no pets, owner covers all utilities, including TV/internet. We prefer a someone who wants to rent a furnished apartment. On street parking - DC parking permit needed.
