Any outstanding rental debt (unpaid balance owed to a prior landlord or property manager) must be paid in full prior to application approval. Credit A credit screen will be completed on all applicants. Minimum requirements: - Minimum credit score of 650 - No open bankruptcy (automatic denial) - No unpaid rental collections or balances owed to a prior landlord - Accounts shown as delinquent, charged off, or in collections may result in denial Check-writing history will be reviewed for each applicant.
