I mow all of the lawns and I only request the resident to trim around the house to keep the grass from growing up. In the winter of course I do snow plow should we get enough snow to plow. We are only 5 minutes away from Marion down route 37, Yet we can enjoy the peaceful and quiet lifestyle of country living. The lease is renewable annually. A copy of the new lease one year term will be in your mailbox prior to the termination of the existing lease. The property is out in the country and it is country living we have a 7 acre horse pasture. An option is a very minimal fee should you want to keep a horse on the property at a $100 a month. It is country living it is certainly not in the city.
