The unit is attached to my building and it is on one water meter and I will pay the expenses for the water. The unit is very independent of the rest of the building, It is very private with an open parking lot in front of the unit. The dumpster is 75 feet away and that is included with the rent. Of course sewage is included also. If you like to live out in the country where it's quiet and peaceful with a 7 acre horse pasture attached to the building with 2 mares in the pasture. It is a consideration if someone lives in our community and wants to board a pasture board horse we would only charge $75 a month for board. A cowboy or cowgirl and her horse together would be a perfect fit. My lease is a one year lease. We have 9 homes total on the large property spaced out very well. It is quite peaceful at our complex.
