Beware of SCAMMERs. I am the owner of this property and have been for years. I do not have anyone else manage it for me so if you are not talking to me then you are likely talking to a scammer. I do not require anyone to send money to me for the application process. I have an online provider that processes my application/background checks and the applicant would pay them directly. I don't even typically give the application information out until after i have given a showing of the place. So if someone is trying to get you to send them money for an application or anything else DON'T do it. It's almost certainly a scam. This goes both ways. SCAMMERS also pose as potential renters to try to get information about a property's application process etc. so I am also wary of potential renter SCAMMERS so if i don't give you application information before I've even shown the place to you please understand there is a reason for it. Most scammers do not show up for an in person viewing.
