Aslo note: I have been made aware that scammers are trying to get people to send them money for various properties on Zillow and Facebook (I do not have any ads for this property on Facebook). Beware of SCAMMERs. I am the owner of this property and have been for years. I do not have anyone else manage it for me so if you are not talking to me then you are likely talking to a scammer. I do not require anyone to send money to me for the application process. I have an online provider that processes my application/background checks and the applicant would pay them directly. I don't even typically give the application information out until after i have given a showing of the place. So if someone is trying to get you to send them money for an application or anything else DON'T do it. It's almost certainly a scam. This goes both ways. SCAMMERS also pose as potential renters to try to get information about a property's application process etc. so I am also wary of potential renter SCAMMERS so if i don't give you application information before I've even shown the place to you please understand there is a reason for it. Most scammers do not show up for an in person viewing. If you are interested in this property you can contact me through Zillow to setup a showing and afterwards when I know I'm talking to a real person and you know you are dealing with the owner (me) we can talk about the application process.
