These are single-level quarters attached and connected to the main house but with its own entrance. Ground level (not basement). Property backs to a Denver Mountain Park for hiking and snowshoeing. Also, close proximity to Alderfer Three Sisters Park for hiking, cross country skiing, and mountain biking. Excellent location to experience mountain living and enjoy an active "outdoorsy" lifestyle. Unfortunately, 3 years of drought has depleted our well water supply and we can only accommodate one person living here with our shared resource. Even though the private road and driveway are plowed, this equestrian estate is at an elevation that requires a 4WD vehicle in the winter months. The guesthouse is unfurnished. Private road. Move-in amount is first and last month's rent plus $1200 security deposit. Unfortunately, no covered parking or storage. Does not have an enclosed garden area. In consideration of safety, due to our territorial dog, we cannot allow dogs. Indoor cats allowed.
