The house is in the city of Decatur, zoned for Winnona Park Elementary, is about a 20-minute walk from the restaurants on the square in Decatur, and is within walking distance of Winnona Park Elementary and the Avondale Marta Station. The house is 1150 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is a sunroom off the kitchen in the back of the house and the back-yard is fully fenced with a garden plot and greenhouse. The house has hardwood floors in all bedrooms and in the living room and dining area. The kitchen is pretty cozy, but there is a lot of storage and cabinet space. There is also an attached one-car garage available for tenants. Full-size washer and dryer, less than a year old, are in the sunroom. A one year lease and we ask for a one month deposit. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require an additional $200 deposit. Move-in date might be negotiable.
