It's unfortunate that you didn't provide more information about our conversation but my guess is either you were the neighbor that wanted to preview the home for your sister that has an agent or you're the guy that called several times wanting the contact information for our client the seller so that you could call and justify why you were going to offer a ridiculously low offer and when I told you that they were perfectly aware of the condition of the home and that we already had a couple offers on the home you said "Well good luck with it then" and hung up on me.
