Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Kenmore, Boston, MA.

We first met Scott at an open house in The Fenway. His listing sheets and knowledge of the area were impressive, so when it came time to sell our condo in Kenmore Sq., we knew who to call.

When Scott stopped by to evaluate the unit, it didn't take him long to see all the great features marketable to prospective buyers. The photographer he brought on was brilliant. He captured great angles that made the place look its best. Those great photos looked just as good on the listing sheet. It was on heavy, glossy stock - truly professional job.

Even though it was early August and we knew we might be missing prime buyers for the area, Scott's enthusiatic evaluation helped us set a price that was optimistic, but not out of reach. He really knew how to gauge interested buyers. It took two open houses, but we were able to get competitive offers and choose a price above asking - a record for $/sq.ft. for the area!

For the several issues that arose before the closing, Scott served as an expert go-between with bankers, buyer's agents, tenants, and property managers. Even weren't looking in Kenmore/Fenway, we would definitely go with Scott next time we were buying or selling a property.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in South End, Boston, MA.

My wife and I, were pre-approved for our Mortgage on Sept. 9, we answered a few adds on various Real Estate listings. I'm generally, not someone who wants to deal with a broker, as we all know many of them are not proactive.

This is our first home together. We have a dog, and are about to start a family. We told Scott, our parameters, maximum price we would goto, and the things we could not compromise on. We wanted a small yard, multiple floors, ready to move in, and we preferred the South End, or Back Bay.

On day one Scott, picked us up, drove us to six locations, and on the last location, he sent us to a listing that was not even his, he thought we'd love it. He was right, and we walked in, and ran out to the car, and told him, get it done.

Now, the real strength of having Scott, on our team came into play. We had all the ups and downs, of buying a house, competing offers, inspection, P&S, getting the mortgage pre-approved, having the right attorney, dealing with the selling broker, and through it all, and hundreds of emails, texts, & phone calls, Scott was there through it all. He is unassuming, caring, and his integrity, is the highest among his field.

Scott is an expert negotiator, and that alone is reason to have him be your guy, whether it's his listing or not.

To say that Scott went above and beyond, does not do him credit. He treated us like family, and no matter how frustrated we were, and lost our cool, he never did.

Buying a house is a major transaction, Scott made it transformational.
