Aaron, Sorry you didn't get the email from Zillow letting you know that it was rented. We had over 200 applicants and signed a lease in the first week. We use the Zillow auto responder to let all the interested parties know it was rented. Once Zillow's automatic response email goes out we don't see any emails about the property, I definitely wouldn't have ghosted you. We rent a lot of properties and have very happy tenants.
