Sold a home in 2012.
Beth Helped us to sell our 30 acre property with a small off the grid home in North Kohala. Even thought it took a year and a half and many many showings to sell she was always very available to show it and returned our calls when we had questions. I would refer anyone who wanted to go on the market in the Kohala area to use Beth. She will absolutely help you out!! We even became friends in the process, thanks for all you did Beth! Bought a home in 2010.
I discovered Beth back in '08 when searching for distressed properties on the Big Island - I happened upon her blogs and started tracking her comments. I buy distressed homes in CA and I know that not every RE agent can handle these properly. Over the next couple of months of reviewing her comments, it became clear that she had an expertise in this area. So I contacted her, and for the next couple of years we pursued short sale/REO Resort properties on the Kohala Coast. The nature of short sales/REOs requires patience and many of the deals fell through due to bank/seller issues. Nevertheless, we kept plugging away and she came across a Kolea short sale unit that I made on offer on in June, 2010. The hoops Beth had to jump through to get this deal done were almost insurmountable, including coercing the bank to agree to my price even though Kolea units of that type were going for higher prices at the time, and getting the bankrupt seller to sign off on various HI tax documents, to name just a couple. I finally closed in December and I couldn't have been happier. Beth's attention to detail, dogged persistence, intelligence, and plain good judgment were the reason this deal closed at the price I wanted.

Bought a home in 2012.
Just bought a place in Kolea (Waikoloa, Big Island) .... she was awesome. First met her several years ago and toured several properties/developments in and around Waikoloa. Fell in love w/Kolea, but alas, no listings in our price range. She kept in touch over the years periodically whenever a property was about to come on the market that was "close" to our parameters (she did not "pester", but kept us informed). Amazingly, she connected w/me about 6 weeks ago while I was on business in China and headed for Europe ... by the time I made it to Geneva (a week or so later), I/we had a contract on the property. She/Hawaii Life Real Estate use a web-based electronic doc/signing tool that enables real estate transactions to occur anyplace/anytime (no sweat)! Her advise and follow-up are meticulous ... my advise, go w/her advise ....
A true professional (knowledgeable, responsive and very nice) ... I would definitely recommend her for any of your buying/selling needs on the Big Island.

Bought a home in 2011.
Beth was extremely helpful in finding our home in paradise. Beth patiently helped me work through my decision process on what would make us the happiest on the Big Island. From the beginning, I had complete trust in Beth, knowing she would guide me to our dream. As soon as we narrowed our search, she and Pam found the perfect home. A quick, and somewhat complicated closing, was made almost easy due to their expertise. Thank you for making our dreams come true!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Waikoloa, HI.
Beth and her partner Pam were extremely patience and very helpful in walking us through the short sale process of our property. We live in California and so they took care of everything on the sales side. They answered all our questions and any concerns we had in a very timely manner. They provided options for us and helped negotiate not only with the bank but also with the HOA. Both Beth and Pam are extremely knowledgeable and if we ever (hopefully not) have to do a short sale or foreclosure, we are definitely calling on the expertise and kindred spirits of Beth and Pam. The whole process took a long time but their reassurance and compassion helped us through this difficult time.

We truly can't say enough good things about Beth. Many times throughout the process of purchasing a home my wife and I would look at each other and remark at how lucky we were to have her represent us. She gracefully achieved the perfect balance between attentiveness and allowing us space, between offering up her wealth of knowledge and letting us figure things out for ourselves, between being our realtor and our friend. In some ways we are sorry to have this process come to an end because it means we won't get to interact with Beth as regularly, she has been a joy to work with and it is no surprise she is as successful as she is.....

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $725K in Waikoloa, HI.
I purchased a condo in Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort in Dec 2011. This was my 14th home purchase (I know I'm a little crazy), so I'm pretty experienced in the process and have high expectations. Beth was fabulous--knowledgeable, professional, analytical, and savvy about the market. Plus she is extremely responsive and a smart, warm, person with a great sense of humor. Not much more to say here!
