Sent request to look at a property, I was sent back a response that he was very busy but assured me he would call me as soon as he was finished...I never ever heard back from him...not even to this day....but I was successful in buying the home I just went through a different realtor...

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Fox Creek, Lawrenceburg, KY 40342

Sent request to look at a property, I was sent back a response that he was very busy but assured me he would call me as soon as he was finished...I never ever heard back from him...not even to this day....but I was successful in buying the home I just went through a different realtor...

Lisa requested information on a $1,200 rental. I do not usually work with rental requests. I called the agent that had the house for rent on the agent's farm, who is also a Realtor. I asked her to contact the buyer to see if they could work something out on renting the house. The Realtor who had the house listed for rent apparently never called the Buyer. The buyer reached out to me and inquired as to why I never called. I called immediately to tell her what I had done on her behalf. Apparently, she wanted to buy the property even though it was only for rent and contacted another Realtor who did sell her a property. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I will contact buyers directly from now on to make sure I know what their needs are. Lesson learned. Thanks for the feedback.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Versailles, KY.

David is and awesome realtor and person. Very professional, "tech-savvy", patient, extremely organized, timely and highly competent in ALL aspects of the real estate process. Showed home in 2012 in Midway, KY.

We did not buy a home from David but he was very helpful about a particular home that we wanted to look at. He was very quick to answer calls and emails, provided us with extensive previous listings for us to compare and was very honest. I would gladly use him again.
