He never listened to our needs and only wanted his commission.

The “review” above was posted by someone who never had an actual dealing with me on a real estate transaction. He has taken a political difference & turned it into an anonymous personal attack. I thought that Zillow’s moderators would be aware of such situations & take appropriate steps to delete posts like this, as being unrelated to real estate – which their review system is supposed to be providing. I have appealed to Zillow to resolve my similar situation, by deleting the obviously bogus “review” posted on my profile, but they refuse to do so. ...........
