Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Carlsbad, CA.
Skip Reed has always looked out for my best interests in real estate. He represented me when I attempted to sell my home at the absolute bottom of the market. He executed a good marketing campaign which brought in excellent potential buyers, but because home prices has dropped so low I ultimately decided to wait the market out and hope for a better price a couple of years down the road. Skip respected my decision, and without missing a beat then found excellent tenants for the home. I told him I wanted tenants who would be interested in buying my place within the next two or three years, and that's exactly what he brought me. My tenants are a great family, and have been living there for almost two years now without incident and without ever being even one day late with the rent. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $750K in Carlsbad, CA.
Skip was our agent in helping us purchase our home in Bressi Ranch in May 2012. We were very impressed with his professionalism, his ability to listen to our needs, his knowledge of the area, and his attention to detail in the closing of our purchase. He guided us through each and every step of the purchase - always making sure to keep us informed, which we appreciated very much. When we were unable to make it to the house for a last look before closing, Skip went the extra mile in making a video of the house for us. He promptly responded to our calls and took the time to answer all of our questions. Skip was wonderful to work with. Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Carlsbad, CA.
