Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Aurora, IL.

Summary:

We are buying our second home in 4 years with Catherine. We wouldn't use anyone else. She has an incredibly deep knowledge of the Naperville, and surrounding areas. She listens intently, intuitively knows what you are looking for and figures out where you need the most help. Home buyers are like students. We all come to the table with differnent levels of knowledge but Catherine knows where to lend a hand and where to just let you make the decisions. She's the most responsive person I've ever known and has the patience of a saint. She pays attention to your buying process as if she were buying a house for herself. I would - and do - reccomend Catherine to anyone looking to purchase, sell or rent a home in the IL suburbs! I've used her for all 3 services and she rocks.…More Less

Summary:

We've bought and sold several homes in different states over the past 10 years. Catherine by far is the best realtor we've had. She has tons of knowledge, experience, patience and assertiveness to get the job done right - in both selling and buying a home.
