I started with the Century 21 brand in 2005 as an agent, I continued helping sellers and buyers in Southern California, while I continued to study and got my brokers license in 2007. I took more classes and learned how to handle distressed properties, including foreclosures and short sales. I developed my systems to be able to handle these very complicated transactions in an organized and effective manner.
