Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $750K in Burlingame, CA.
Our experience with David Tapper was exceptional. Both transactions, the selling of our property, which sold in 8 days and the purchase of our new home took 4 weeks Had we not had David as our Relator it more than likely would have taken longer to find our new home. His advice and level of knowledge of the area and what we were looking for was superb. I highly recommend David, we will work with him when we are ready to trade up to a larger home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $850K in Parkside, San Francisco, CA.
Dave Tapper was recommended to me by a mutual friend whom I respect greatly. My friend said, "This is your guy, you need not look further. I've known him for over 20 years and never once has he let me or a client down." Well, that was good enough for my wife and I in our search for a home in San Francisco.

Dave was proactive and diligent the entire time. He fought for us and made sure we were making a sound decision. He is candid, direct, enthusiastic, driven as well as being a warm and caring person. Although we were scouring the listings ourselves it was Dave who solely discovered our home. He listened to exactly what was important to us and when he found this house he knew that this was to be our home for many years to come. He called me right up and I met him at the house & knew too that this was the place. I brought my wife the following day, Wednesday, she loved it too & we made an offer. That Friday of the same week our offer was accepted. Dave was masterful in negotiations and of the handling of the documents & procedures involved.

It has been a great pleasure knowing Dave and his family over the years. It is with ease that we call him a true friend.

I had the opportunity to work with David Tapper on several transactions and there are not too many people that possess David's knowledge of Real-Estate. His knowledge is unsurpassed in buying and selling homes. David has leveraged all of his real-estate knowledge to provide the best service to all parties evolved in a transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend David Tapper to anyone mainly because he has helped me several times during the buying, selling and escrow process and I owe him huge debt of gratitude for the current home I am in.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $675K in Daly City, CA.
Dave has earned my highest recommendation for helping me and my wife find and close a deal on a perfect home. Honest, dependable, positive, straight forward, the list goes on. We screened a good number of reputable realtors. We did our homework. Most of them did pass the checklist but Dave connected with us on a personal level. Professional and funny, offered no false promises, gave us realistic expectations, shared a pool of knowledge and most importantly, exemplified good positive energy throughout the process. Anybody in the home buying business is either wanting to earn more or save more. Finding the median is the challenge. It took us a while to find Dave but knowing what we know now, I can say we're happy that we did.

As a recent client, I can highly recommend David Tapper without reservation. As a single female first-time buyer, I was concerned about being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous real estate agent. Dave proved himself to be a trustworthy advocate who listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. He even negotiated a lower price for my new home, even though it meant a lower comission for him. He is truly a professional and a good person. Professionally he is both well-liked and respected by other real estate agents. This is definitely an advantage when it comes to negotiating a price on a new home. His reputation speaks volumes about his integrity and dedication. You will not regret chosing Dave to represent you.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $900K in San Carlos, CA.
Dave Tapper was an *outstanding* real estate professional to work with. We interviewed several agents before deciding to work with him, and it was a great decision. His knowledge of local markets was fantastic, but what truly set him apart from agents that we have worked with in the past was (1) his work ethic and responsiveness, (2) his ability to establish strong working relationships with fellow agents and others in the industry, and (3) his negotiation skills.

Dave's work ethic and responsiveness are unparalleled. He worked within our schedule constraints to show us properties. There were times when we wouldn't have the flexibility to view properties at our leisure and needed to see many in one day, and he would arrange his schedule to accommodate a marathon viewing session. We would often receive responses to emails or calls within minutes. If he wasn't available, he would email or text to let us know when he would be able to connect. We always felt that we could reach him, which was very important for success in this fast-paced market!

Dave was very strong at establishing relationships with fellow agents and other service providers in the industry such as property inspectors or contractors. When we were doing diligence on various properties throughout the bidding process, he got expert advice from others on property-related questions such as issues that came up during inspections, pest concerns, potential for expansion, and more - all of which helped us become more educated homebuyers. He also got market intel from other agents to help level-set our expectations on the properties and our bids. We learned a great deal from Dave and appreciated his ability to leverage his network.

In addition to his great process, Dave is a highly skilled negotiator. One of us has previously worked in contract negotiations and with this background, we observed the keen skills that Dave possesses in this realm. He exercises the flexibility and creativity required to understand client needs, understands how to set terms and conditions that meet these needs, and then deliver to close the deal. We were able to purchase a home in a lovely community with outstanding schools, better than what we expected with our budget. This was due in no small part to Dave's negotiation skills.

Lastly, Dave was not only an incredible professional, he was a pleasure to interact with - his positive demeanor and sense of humor made it easy on the worst and best of days. We would not hesitate to work with him again, and *highly* recommend Dave Tapper as a real estate professional!!

Dave was my advocate beyond my hopes! Negotiated for me even when I didn't know I could. Absolutely the best real estate agent I have ever used and I have bought/sold six previous times.

Dave is an awesome guy to work with. Not only is he professional and ethical, he's an all around nice guy and he will truly be your advocate. I spent the last six months searching for the right place on the peninsula and he was patient and helpful through the whole process. I just closed on a great house in San Mateo and I couldn't be happier!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $800K in San Mateo Village, San Mateo, CA.
Dave is an extremely personable fellow, was extremely available, knowledgeable, and sincere. He worked very hard to help us purchase our home and made sure we made strong offers. In a market that was quickly swinging up, we made barely 5 offers before getting it right. I would recommend Dave to anyone in the bay area looking to purchase a home.
