    Dennis is a pleasure to work with we were 3 hours away from where we where looking and he made it as easy as possible no easy feat in todays market. He was patient with us as we looked for the perfect shared family property. He also helped us through getting out of a purchase after a failed inspection at the first property we went to contract on.

    My wife and I used Dennis for 3 real estate transactions. The first in 2013 and the second & third in 2020 (during the Covid-19 pandemic). We purchased a home in 2013. Then sold that home in 2020 and purchased a home on the same day in 2020. Dennis was extremely helpful. I personally work in the real estate world, however do no have much personal experience with purchases/sales. Dennis provided more information than I even thought imaginable. Dennis was responsive at all hours of the day. As you can imagine, selling/buying a house is stressful. Anytime my wife or I had a question, Dennis was there to relieve us of our worries. I have personally recommended Dennis to dozens of friends and colleagues in the past and continue to do so now. Thank you, Dennis!

    My house had been on the market twice before I found Dennis. Previous realtors never understood my house--very modern; designed for me; not for everyone. They (the previous realtors) showed the house to many who could never live there. I had basically become extremely skeptical of any realtor understanding my house. Along came Dennis. Not only did he understand my unusual house but remarkably understood how to "find" the right buyers. Many realtors will tell you they how to "market" your house, but they don't; they simply do a mass market (ala gunshot) approach. Dennis marketed the house to the right demographic. Sold in less than 5 months in a tough market with 3 competing offers. Hats off to Dennis. I would use him again in a NY minute!! SAW

    From the very start, Dennis had my Claverack 1790s house listed in several websites and in appropriate print magazines. He was encouraging, competent, and went the extra mile.     Dennis was wonderful! He is really friendly and easy to get along with! He is extremely helpful in finding homes that fit my criteria. He is very knowledgeable about the area as well as surrounding areas. Dennis was always able to answer any questions I had about a property very quickly!
