We have been aware of Larry's success at selling homes in a very reasonable period of time. When, due to age, we decided to downsize, we contracted Larry to sell our home of 27 years. Larry gave us very practical advice on what should be done to make our home more marketable. And indeed, 5 days after listing we had a very desirable contract on our house. We recently moved and didn't hesitate to use Larry to sell our house. Again, he really listended to us during this process, provided us valuable insight on getting our house sold, and really took care of everyhing. Everything he did and provided was two steps ahead and better than what other realtors are providing other people we know. He went the extra step at every turn and it showed. As a result, our house sold in 5 days for asking price in a down economy. You can't argue with that.
