We recently relocated to a home on Lake Lanier (an area we were not very familiar with) and Jeff's expertise was absolutely instrumental in finding the best property for us at the right (negotiated) price point. Jeff is an Awesome person to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers with a strict budget and he made the process simple and straight forward. Jeff completely listened to EVERYTHING we wanted and were looking for and then acted on it. We are in Love with our new house, exceeding our expectations.
