Thank you so much for your kind recommendation! Some buyers are under the mistaken impression you save money on New Construction without an agent. I think you can ask any of my buyers and they will all say I have saved them thousands, to tens of thousands and even some rare $100,000+ off of list prices. However it can't be just any agent. My mother was a Site Agent for New Construction, I have helped build or buy over 40 New Construction homes in St. Johns County and Duval, and have good relationships with the Site agents for many companies. They help me find wins for my buyers. I am so glad that David and his family were one of these winners and their view is just amazing! Thank you David and Katie for your faith and me.
